Sacred YES! Universe Anyway?
Let me explain… but first, have you ever woken up one morning and realized you no longer belong in the world you’ve been surviving?

That happened to me.
​
One day, I looked around and realized I’d outgrown the stories I’d been living in.
The ones written by fear.
By shame.
By other people’s comfort zones.
​
I was tired of should-ing myself into submission.
Tired of hustling for healing.
Tired of my ego monster (hi, her name’s Stella) dragging me through shame spirals and sabotage parties like it was her full-time job.
​
So I did something radical:
I gave myself permission to build a whole new world.
It started with a 21 day Self-Help Detox and creating my Ego Monster out of clay.
​
One where play is sacred.
Where laughter is medicine.
Where emotions are honored, not exiled.
Where your body isn’t a battleground, but a wise, wiggly wonderland.
Where your inner critic gets a name, a clay makeover, and a time-out chair.

I called it my Sacred YES! Universe.
​
What I found - is that we all have one, deep down (although yes, I did make up the phrase)
And no, it’s not a place on the map.
It’s a way of being.
It’s a frequency.
It’s what happens when you stop asking for permission… and start listening to your soul.

Not because everything is perfect, but because joy is a frequency, not a reward. We dance first, not last.

Play is not a detour from healing—it’s a portal. We color outside the lines and laugh in the middle of breakthroughs.
3. We heal in Technicolor.
Healing here is holy and hilarious. We let glitter be medicine, and tears be sacred hydration.
4. We love without needing a reason.
We love big, bold, and irrationally. Including the messy parts, the shadow parts, the parts still under construction.
5. We treat doubt like a dinner guest.
She’s allowed at the table, but she doesn’t get to cook. (And definitely not drive.)

Energetic. Playful. Responsive. We circulate it like breath, bless it like water, and build worlds with it.
