I love to teach people what I have learned. I teach about how we, as humans on this planet, are simply miracles. I teach about the ways in which we make our lives more stressed than they really need to be. I teach about RADICAL Self-Love so that we may all reap the benefits of happy, healthy selves, relationships, local communities, work spaces and the world community at large.
