MODULE 4: RECEIVING
GETTING INTO THE RECEIVING MODE - When we are not resisting, we are able to connect to the receiving mode of vibration. In this space we are best equipped to recite mantras and affirmations to call to us more of what we want in our lives.

MODULE 4: RECEIVING
Receiving is the opposite of Resistance. And we are incredible receivers for all the possibilities life has for us. We also are great resisters - we resist change, we resist what does not feel good, we resist what feels good, we resist all day long on so many levels. Which is why we stay in states of comfort for way too long and end up resentful, guilty and feeling like we aren't worthy or good enough.

Tune into your body - how does it feel right now to say these things out loud?

These are some of the greatest lies we have been told - that we have to earn love, respect, worthiness. All lies, or, convenient truths.
​
We are now in a state of remembering who we are. We must remember who we truly are - love, peace and joy - and be able to receive that in order for us to elevate higher into who god intended for us to be. The heart is the great receiver. Use it.
​
To receive is to allow. And when we allow what is right in front of us to be enough, to be exactly what it is, we are free. Free from suffering, free from attachment, free from expectation and free form any and all perceptions that it could be any different.
​
To allow what is, is to be in direct connection and awareness with god for our highest and best good. The process of allowing is a choice, like everything else. The happier ever after we seek has always been with us - it's time to remember that truth.
​
The power to bring things into our reality is evident in your current reality. What you focus on - you draw to you. Whether we resist or allow, we draw more of that vibration into our reality.
​
Learn to feel what the sensation of feeling good, being in the receiving mode feels like. Tune yourself to that feeling more and more every single moment.
​
This alone will change your happily ever after.

Ok, lets recap a moment:

- Waking to bring your awareness to feeling good for the day ahead.
- Getting out your tongue scraper and actually using it
- Drinking a huge glass of water to flush your system
- Taking a moment to write down what you are grateful for

Today we will introduce your next addition to your daily routine: Movement. This has been a part of your weekly modules, but let's bring it in to our daily practice. Even a 15min walk around the block is enough.
This can be as simple as 5 minutes of stretching, using whatever movement you are comfortable with, or by creating a new one such as: yoga class - either online or in person, see my link to my Yoga Videos if you feel called or find one that you like - there are a gazillion out there. Or go put on your walkin' shoes and head out for a brisk 10 minute walk around your neighborhood. Just go do it.
Celebrate yourself for jumping in feet first and doing the work to transform your life into one that is full of joy, peace and ease. I think you're full of possibility!.
