MODULE 3: THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, CODITIONING, PATTERNS
My signature Story and my WHY revolve around this subject of thoughts and how they really can create our reality. Words are spells (spelling) and words translate thoughts and thoughts, thoughts carry vibration, when thought often enough and chronically, become beliefs. And we humans are so heavy with beliefs that we can't see the forest for the trees.

We are not our thoughts. We have thoughts. Big distinction.
We can learn to be the observer of our thoughts.
We can learn to be the witness of the thousands of thoughts we have daily. This is what Meditation is really good at - getting us to a place where we are just observing without judgment or emotional attachment.
​
Most unconscious thoughts are about fear, lack scarcity, overwhelm, judgment, criticism, blame, guilt, shame, unworthiness, anxiety, doubt, worry... I could go on. Our culture perpetuates it almost as much as our own ego. Constantly on the look out to justify why you feeling and thinking that person was wrong or unjust or whatever.

This keeps us in the loop of the ego - the loop low low vibration of merely survival.
​
We are here to thrive. Thriving is our birthright and it's all Source Energy wants for us - regardless of the situation. Whatever label you give a situation, person, place or thing (good, bad, right, wrong) are part of our human survival mechanisms. Once we label things we can devise a plan to "figure it out" or avoid it or judge it. We humans don't grasp the concept that life happens for us. Life is simply life. Life has no judgement. Life has no agenda. Life is neutral. Humans give it labels to make sense of and to control. That's all. Once we drop the labels - of allll kinds - we can allow life to be what it is in this moment. That is thriving.

- Waking to bring your awareness to feeling good for the day ahead. The very first thing you do before or just as you open your eyes.
- Getting out your tongue scraper and actually using it
- Drinking a huge glass of water to flush your system
- Taking a moment to write down (or at least call to mind) what you are grateful for

Today we will continue with your next addition to your daily routine with Meditation.
Our Inner Landscape can feel all noisy and abrupt and loud - we use Meditation to not silence the racing thoughts, but to turn the volume down a bit. Your Meditations will expand to be separate items to practice weekly.
