Donnia Anastasia has 25+ years experience in Holistic Health. I shares my exper iences,wisdom, truth and expertise of Ayurvedic practices of nutrition, energy healing, emotional regulation, mind-body connection, addiction recovery, therapeutic bodywork and yoga, breathwork, mystical practices, meditation and heart centered spirituality to expand your perception of what's possible in your life.
From a very young age, I knew I was different. I knew I wasn't like the others and that felt confusing and isolating. I used many, many ways to try and "fit in" - all of which failed miserably.
It wasn't until I began to understand my place in the world, my unique gifts and my true nature that my life truly blossomed. I am a teacher of the feminine ways, of our collective true essence - to be a light for others - when they have forgotten their own.
